Positive behaviour for learning (PBL) is an evidence based whole school systems approach to social learning and behaviour being implemented at Normanhurst Public School. Through PBL we actively teach our students the interpersonal skills needed to be successful at school. Through actively teaching students clear expectations and the value of positive interactions we aim to increase their engagement with school and help maximise their achievements.

Our statement of purpose at Normanhurst Public School is to provide a positive and engaging learning community where students develop the knowledge, skills and values to be respectful, be responsible and to strive for success.
